Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States and is intended to clarify our shipping policies and procedures. Before placing an order in our store, please read this policy carefully.

Shipping, Processing and Order Times

  • Order processing time: 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Delivery time: Generally, deliveries take between 7 and 12 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Shipping costs: A flat rate of $3.99 per order within the United States. Orders over $59 ship for free.

As this is our final collection, every piece is limited. Your order is reserved for you the moment it is placed, and we carefully pack each bracelet before it leaves us.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be created and emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking Issues

If you have any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. It may take 1-3 days for tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order.

Delivery Delays

In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected time frame. However, occasionally an order may be delayed. If you have waited an additional 3 days after the expected delivery date and still have not received your order, please email us at info@margaretsamber.com.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple pieces at once, your order may be packed and shipped in separate packages, so not all items may arrive at the same time. Please rest assured that your full order is on its way, and the remaining items are usually delivered within 1-3 days.

How can I tell if amber is real?

Real Baltic amber is very light, feels warm against the skin and never looks perfectly uniform. Small inclusions, cloudy patches and color shifts are part of what makes it genuine. Plastic and glass feel cold and heavy by comparison.

Does amber actually do anything?

For centuries, Baltic amber has been worn as a natural remedy. It’s traditionally believed to soothe aches, ease tension and bring a sense of calm. Baltic amber is also known for its natural succinic acid, which folk tradition credits with these soothing qualities. 

How do I take care of my amber jewelry?

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth now and then. Keep it away from perfume, hairspray, lotions and household cleaners, and store it separately so harder jewelry doesn’t scratch it. Natural skin oils will slowly give it a softer, warmer glow over time.

Is this just an overpriced piece of plastic?

No. Every piece is genuine Baltic amber, formed over roughly 40 million years and polished by me. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can send it back within 30 days.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free on orders over $59 – below that, it's a flat $3.99. Orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days, with a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
